What can I use Le Parfait jars for?
Le Parfait jars are perfect for all kinds of kitchen uses. They work great as preserve jars, pâté jars, and dessert jars, and are also ideal glass storage jars for pantry items or pickling jars for vegetables.

What are Le Parfait Jars made from?

Le Parfait Jars are crafted in France using a thick, high quality glass.
The Le Parfait Rubber Seals are made from 100% natural biodegradable rubber and the Familia Wiss Lids/Discs are tin-plated steel.

Are Le Parfait Jars dishwasher safe? 

The glass is dishwasher safe, but we do not recommend putting the metal clips or Familia Wiss lids/discs in the dishwasher.

Can Le Parfait jars be used in the oven?
 Yes, they are oven-safe up to 120°C (250°F) without the lid or rubber seal.
Can I recycle my Le Parfait jars? 

Yes, the glass jars can be recycled with your regular household glass recycling. For more detailed guidance, we recommend checking with your local recycling centre.

Are the lids and seals available as replacements?
Absolutely! Le Parfait offers replacement lids and rubber seals, you can shop them here

How long can preserved food be kept in my jars?
When properly preserved, foods can last up to a year or more in Le Parfait jars, depending on the food type and how it's stored. Always inspect for any signs of spoilage before eating.

Order & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept? 
Payments can be paid through debit or credit card and Apple/Google pay. Cards we accept, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 12–24 hours. To cancel or amend, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best, though it may already be with the courier.
Cancelled orders are refunded to your original payment method.

Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any discount codes, special offers, and exclusive promotions.

Can I track my order? 
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number and updates directly from our couriers. If you're using the Shop app, you can also track your parcel there.

How long will my delivery take?
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days. Larger items are shipped with DHL on a next-day service.

I have an issue with my order - what should I do? 

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly!

Can I return my order?
