If you’re unhappy with your order, you can request a full refund or replacement—just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds or replacements are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
While we’ll do our very best to cancel your order before it ships, please note that it’s not always possible once processing has begun. If payment has already been taken and we’re able to cancel in time, we’ll arrange a full refund.
