Le Parfait Jar Opener.
When you are ready to open your Jars the Le Parfait Opener is a really useful tool.
For the Super Preserves Jars with orange rubber rings by inserting the tab on the side of the seal into the opener and then rotating the seal easily moves sideways releasing the pressure.
For the Familia Wiss Jars, firstly remove the screw cap and then position the sharp end of the opener into the centre of the disc . Gently tap with a small hammer or rolling pin to pierce disc and release the pressure.

How to use
First, make sure your pump is charged. To recharge your pump, connect it using the USB-C cable included.
To cerate a vacuum, place your vacuum lids on your jar - maximum 95mm wide.
Position the pump over the valve of the lid. Press the top button whilst holding the pump in place and wait for it to stop automatically before removing it.
Ensure the vacuum is created correctly by attempting to gently lift the lid.
The remove the lid, gently release the air of the valve.
